This policy and its associated procedures are designed to achieve the following corporate objectives.


  • That management system is effective in maintaining standards and fulfilling the challenge of securing continuous improvement in environmental health and safety performance
  • That all locations meet legal and group environment, health and safety requirements.
  • That the service is undertaken so as to satisfy world class standards of health, safety, environmental management and resource efficiency
In Order To Achieve These Objectives We Will

  • Provide good communication internally and externally and encourage employee involvement and cooperation at all levels in the organisation in meeting EHS objectives.
  • Ensure competence on EHS matters through education, training and awareness at all levels in the organisation, including creating an understanding of individual responsibilities for health, safety and the environment
  • Undertake assessments to identify the risks to health, safety and the environment from company operations and ensure that appropriate control measures are implemented
  • Ensure that new investments in corporate best practice and promote innovation through their design and operations to eliminate or minimise risks to health, safety and the environment
  • Investigate incidents to identify the root cause and take action top revent recurrence
  • Promote programmers to achieve energy and resources efficiency
  • Undertaker regular EHS inspection and audits of operations and review performance to ensure continuous improvements in EHS management
Goal Zero

Goal zero captures the belief that we can operate without facilities or significant incidents despite the often difficult conditions in which we operate. To support this aim, we continue to roll out initiatives to strength our safety culture. This includes improving the safety leadership skills of staff simplifying our requirements and rewarding successful performance.

  • We must promote the goal of zero incident performance through planning
  • Safety goals must be communicated they must be realistic and they need to reflect the safety culture of your organisation
  • Our safety culture requires strong commitment from the top and safety must truly be the #1 priority. It must become an integral part of your business and safety must becomes everyone's responsibility.
